Express Shipping
Express orders can be dispatched to arrive in 24-72h (Working Day) if ordered before 13:00. If a different date is chosen, it is dispatched the day before, to arrive on the correct date. Please note that, to certain areas within and outside of Europe, Express deliveries might take 3 business days.
Express Orders placed after cut off on Friday (and over the weekend - Saturday or Sunday) with Express shipping, can be dispatched earliest on the next working day (Monday) for arrival on Tuesday.
Order Cut Off Times
Please place your order before 13:00 with Express Shipping, if you wish to receive your order in 24-72h. Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched with the following day's Orders. See information regarding weekends and working days as above.
How Can I Track and Follow My Order?
The easiest way to track your order is using the tracking number, we give you and follow the instruction in the confirmation email that you will receive from us when your order is sent out.
How I Get My Tracking Number?
When your order is completed and and ready to send to you, you will receive an email, containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking may not be available until the package is scanned by the logistic company.
What Happens If The Person To Receive Is Not Available In The Location I added in my Order?
When your order is sent out, the logistic company will send you an email with every information, and you will have also the possibility to rearrange the time, location, and recipient of the delivery.
How does my package look like?
All our orders are packed in our own boxes, with signs saying is fragile and arrows pointing upwards.
It Is a Surprise – What information is included in the package?
Apart from the company information on the packing slip, only a personalised how to take care of the roses manual is enclosed. The invoice is always sent by email, so the price is not enclosed.
Delivery Question
If any issues occur which do not allow the delivery to happen within the time of the delivery service requested due to the fault of the delivery company, we will refund the difference of the value of the service which was not provided.
We are not able to provide full refunds for the whole amount of the shipping value if the delivery will still be provided. (Please note: if the recipient not being available at the delivery address, and he can not receive the package is not a mis-delivery.)
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation is possible with a fee of 10€.
